What homeowners ask Sam before they book.
How long does a shower remodel take?
It depends on the size and the tile. Sam gives you the schedule in writing with your quote, before any work starts.
Do you tear down to the studs?
When the old walls are soft, moldy or have no real waterproofing, yes. That’s the only way to know the wall is sound. Sam shows you what he finds before he closes it up.
Can you move my shower drain or valve?
That part needs a licensed plumber. Sam brings in a licensed, insured plumber for it and builds the shower around their work.
Do I pick the tile?
Yes. Sam gives you the square footage you need. Buy it yourself, or he buys it at cost and gives you the receipts.
Are you licensed?
Sam doesn’t hold a state contractor license, and the work he does himself doesn’t need one: Florida doesn’t require a state license for tile, flooring, cabinets, painting or drywall when the job has no plumbing, electrical or structural work (Florida Statute 489.117). When part of your job needs a licensed trade, Sam brings in a licensed, insured pro for that part, so everything is done by the book.

Yes, Zeka Home Improvement is fully insured. Ask and Sam will send you the certificate before work starts.
Who will actually be in my house?
Sam. He quotes the job, does the work and walks it with you at the end. If a licensed trade is needed for part of it, you’ll know who and when ahead of time.
